Reflective Arena
We, at Reflective Arena are a Mental health & well being initiative. Established in the year 2015 by our founder SnehaJanaki we offer therapy services online and in-person at our office in Juhu, Mumbai . Our goal is empowering our clients towards the path of self-growth and self-reflection.
Our vision is to make counselling accessible by overcoming the social and systemic barriers that prevent individuals from accessing the support and psychological help that they need. We view clients holistically instead of a collection of the individual concerns they bring to therapy. We are geared towards tackling psychosocial concerns inclusive of but not limited to issues related to anxiety, mood, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, parenting challenges, adjustment issues, gender and sexuality related concerns.

I operate from a humanistic, narrative, and strengths-based approach. My motive would be to empower clients and use a strength-based approach that will focus on their existing resources that will further aid in building their resilience.

I strongly believe in exploring an individual’s unique story that shapes their experiences. I continuously work toward effectively supporting clients and employ a strength-based, queer affirmative, intersectional, and collaborative approach to counselling.
