Reflective Arena is a Mental health & well being initiative. Established in the year 2015 by our founder SnehaJanaki we currently offer therapy services online. Our goal is empowering our clients towards the path of self-growth and self-reflection.
Our vision is to make counselling accessible by overcoming the social and systemic barriers that prevent individuals from accessing the support and psychological help that they need. We view clients holistically instead of a collection of the individual concerns they bring to therapy. We are geared towards tackling psychosocial concerns inclusive of but not limited to issues related to anxiety, mood, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, parenting challenges, adjustment issues, gender and sexuality related concerns.
We recognise how challenging and daunting it can be to seek help through counselling. Therefore, we ensure the creation of a safe and inclusive space where clients feel heard and at ease. Our therapists embody compassion and genuine empathy.They have been specifically trained to work from a trauma- informed and queer-affirmative lens.
We provide couples counselling that deals with relationships between two or more partners. This Relationship counselling is applicable for couples that are dating or married, queer and people who are exploring or in polyamorous relationships. We hope that this space allows couples to meet shared goals and grow together individually and as a couple. The goal is to foster love, trust and respect among couples and help create an enriched understanding of both the self and the other.
Support groups at Reflective Arena are spaces that are geared towards providing individuals with the feeling of belongingness and solidarity. The facilitator helps create a safe and supportive environment that makes people feel less alone in their experiences. Through collaboration and a sense of group cohesion, the hope is that these spaces allow room for both individual growth and personal reflection while connecting to others. The belief is that we grow in relationship with others and accessing community support can be resourceful .
